I’ve proudly called California home for over 32 years. Raised along the coast, I’ve spent much of my life surfing the waves of Seal Beach and Newport Beach — where the ocean taught me lessons in patience, discipline, and timing. Those same principles guide how I approach life, business, and real estate.

My career began right here in California, helping clients buy, sell, and invest across a wide range of property types — from residential homes to multifamily and commercial real estate. Over the years, I’ve successfully guided investors through some of the most competitive markets in the U.S., using creative deal-making, personalized strategy, and deep market knowledge to help them build long-term wealth.

But as the landscape in the U.S. changed — with rising interest rates, increasing regulation, and heavy taxation — I began searching for better opportunities for myself and my clients. That search led me to Dubai.

What I discovered was a real estate market unlike anything in America — zero property tax, zero income tax, zero capital gains tax, and rental yields far exceeding those in California or New York.
